Component A: One or more cellulose derivatives selected from among hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
Component B: One or more compounds selected from among a sulfate, a phosphate, a nitrate, sucrose, glucose, fructose, sorbitol, and glycerin
Component C: One or more surfactants selected from among an alkyl benzene sulfonate in which the carbon number of the alkyl group is 12-16, and an alkyl methylamine oxide in which the carbon number of the alkyl group is 12-16
