Abstract:
Provided is an efficient flushing electrode wire, which comprises a core material (1), wherein the surface of the core material (1) is provided with stripe-shaped protrusions (2) extending along the surface of the core material (1). The strip-shaped protrusions (2) are arranged at intervals, and the bottom brims of all the strip-shaped protrusions (2) extend into the core material (1) to form protrusive brims (22). The mass percentage content of copper in the core material (1) is 58.5-67.5 wt%, and the balance is zinc and other unavoidable impurities. The mass percentage content of zinc in each strip-shaped protrusion (2) is 57.8-69.8 wt%, and the balance is copper and other unavoidable impurities. The cutting efficiency of the efficient flushing electrode wire is high, the production process is simple, and large-scale automatic production is easy to achieve. Also disclosed is a preparation method of the efficient flushing electrode wire.
