Abstract:
An efficient grinding and polishing device for hardware products, comprising a base (1), an auxiliary device (2), a motor (3), a support (4) and a connecting shaft (5). The auxiliary device (2) comprises a platform (21), an adjusting block (22), a connecting arm (23), an adjusting ring (24) and a connecting rod (25). One end of the connecting arm (23) is movably connected to the platform (21), and the other end of the connecting arm is connected to one end of the base (1) by means of the connecting rod (25), the adjusting ring (24) is fixed at the bottom of the platform (21), the adjusting block (22) is mounted above the platform (21), the support (4) is fixed on an upper side of the base (1), the connecting shaft (5) is connected to one side of the support (4), a grinding wheel (41) is mounted at one end of the connecting shaft (5), an auxiliary wheel (7) is mounted at one end of the support (4), and an abrasive belt (6) wraps around the auxiliary wheel (7) and the connecting shaft (5). The efficient grinding and polishing device for hardware products can directly perform polishing after grinding, and by means of adjusting the angle of the auxiliary device, the requirement for grinding a workpiece in different angles can be satisfied.
