Abstract:

An efficient motor stator made of oriented silicon steel sheets. The motor stator comprises an oriented silicon steel sheet set (1) and stator core fixed pieces (5) fixed on the two sides of the orientation silicon steel sheet set. The oriented silicon steel sheet set (1) is formed by arranging alternatively and stacking positive orientation silicon steel sheet layers (2) and reverse orientation silicon steel sheet layers (3); the positive orientation silicon steel sheet layers (2) and reverse orientation silicon steel sheet layers (3) are both formed by arranging silicon steel sheets (4) with the orientation direction as the radial direction into a circumferential shape. By using the efficient motor stator made of oriented silicon steel sheets, the traditional orientation silicon steel sheets with high magnetic strength and low iron loss are changed into miniaturization stamped pieces, and then are arranged by a specified structure, thereby the motor efficiency being greatly improved.
