Abstract:
An efficient and precise wood board boring device comprises: a workbench (1), air cylinders (2), columns (3), a mounting frame (4), fixing blocks (5), a drill bit (6), and a motor (7). The four columns (3) are respectively fixed vertically at four corners of the workbench (1). Four corners of the mounting frame (4) are connected to and slide on the four columns (3) by means of slide rings. The mounting frame (4) has a horizontal frame structure. The two air cylinders (2) are respectively fixed vertically on two sides of the workbench (1). A top end of a telescopic lever of the air cylinders (2) is fixedly connected to the mounting frame (4). The fixing block (5) is mounted on the mounting frame (4) by means of a fixing bolt. There are multiple fixing blocks (5). The motor (7) is fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting frame (4). The drill bit (6) is fixedly connected to the fixing block (5). The drill bit (6) is connected to an output shaft of the motor (7) by means of a chain. The device has a simple structure, reasonable design, high machining efficiency, and achieves highly precise boring. The invention is well suited for widespread promotion and use.
