Abstract:
Disclosed is an efficient recycling system for tail gas energy from an internal combustion engine, wherein firstly, high-temperature waste heat energy in tail gas from an internal combustion engine is recycled by means of a thermoelectric power generation device, and high-temperature heat originally radiated into the surrounding atmosphere from the surface of a volute (24) is recycled; secondly, a turbocharging device is used for efficiently recycling pressure energy in the tail gas from the internal combustion engine, and the efficiency of the turbocharging device is improved by means of a graphite sealing device; and finally, an organic Rankine cycle device is used for efficiently recycling low-temperature waste heat energy in the tail gas from the internal combustion engine, and due to the fact that the temperature of the low-temperature waste heat energy is low, the risk of a working medium used in an organic Rankine cycle being decomposed during working in a high-temperature environment is prevented, and the cycle efficiency and the working reliability of the organic Rankine cycle are ensured. By means of the optimal combination of the thermoelectric power generation device, the efficient turbocharging device and the organic Rankine cycle device, comprehensive efficient stepped recycling of energy is achieved.
