Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an efficient and regenerable nano manganese remover, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, belonging to the technical fields of wastewater treatment and regeneration treatment. The manganese remover of the present invention includes Fe3O4, RGO, SiO2 and EDTA, wherein the Fe3O4 nanoparticles are supported on the surface of the RGO, SiO2 is coated on the Fe3O4, and EDTA is grafted on the SiO2. The method involves firstly, preparing Fe3O4-RGO, then, dropwise adding a TEOS-ethanol solution and reacting same to obtain Fe3O4@SiO2-RGO composite particles, and then dropwise adding an aqueous EDTA solution to obtain a manganese remover. The manganese remover prepared in the present invention is magnetic, and has a simple preparation process and is convenient for industrial production. The nano manganese remover may quickly remove manganese from manganese-containing wastewater. A small amount of the manganese remover can achieve a large adsorption capacity. Furthermore, the nano manganese remover may be separated from the manganese-containing wastewater quickly, thereby avoiding secondary pollution to the system.
