Abstract:

Disclosed is an efficient saw cutting apparatus for a corrugated pipe, the apparatus comprising a frame panel (1) and a saw cutting assembly mounted on the frame panel (1), the saw cutting assembly comprising a first chain wheel (2), a second chain wheel (3), a third chain wheel (4), a fourth chain wheel (5), a sixth belt wheel (6), a seventh belt wheel (7) and an electric motor (8), wherein the electric motor (8) is fixedly connected to the frame panel (1) by means of an electric motor base (9); the torque output end of the electric motor (8) is connected to an electric motor shaft (10); the electric motor shaft (10) is fixedly connected to the second chain wheel (3) and the sixth belt wheel (6); the sixth belt wheel (6) is connected to the seventh belt wheel (7) in a belt transmission manner; the seventh belt wheel (7) is movably connected to the frame panel (1); the third chain wheel (4) is fixedly connected to the seventh belt wheel (7); the second chain wheel (3) is connected to the first chain wheel (2) in a transmission manner by means of a first saw chain (11); the third chain wheel (4) is connected to the fourth chain wheel (5) in a transmission manner by means of a second saw chain (12); and the first chain wheel (2) and the fourth chain wheel (5) are respectively movably connected to one end of a first swing shaft (13) and one end of a second swing shaft (14).
