Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, particularly an efficient sludge discharge system for sewage treatment, comprising a preliminary sedimentation tank and a buffer tank which are sequentially connected by means of a pipeline from upstream to downstream. The buffer tank is connected to a water collection tank and a sludge collection tank on the downstream of the buffer tank respectively by means of pipelines; a movable tumbling mechanism is fitted in the water collection tank; a sludge thickener is connected on the downstream of the sludge collection tank by means of a pipeline; a sludge water filtration assembly is provided in the sludge collection tank; a sludge pressure filtration apparatus is provided at the tail end of the sludge thickener; the discharge end of the sludge pressure filtration apparatus is in fit with an external belt conveying machine; conveying pumps are respectively mounted on the pipelines. The system can achieve separate treatment of sewage and sludge by using a mode of first performing solid-liquid separation and then performing step-by-step treatment, can also enable sewage produced in the sludge treatment process to circularly flow back to the preliminary sedimentation tank to be continuously treated, and has a good treatment effect.
