Abstract:
Provided is an efficient wine aging device. An air introduction window is additionally arranged on a side face or a bottom face of an inner barrel, and an air introduction fan blowing inwards is arranged on the air introduction window; a front cover of an ultrasonic generator is adhered to a circular aluminum sheet, and the circular aluminum sheet is adhered to the bottom of a stainless steel tank body; and the diameter of the circular aluminum sheet is greater than the diameter of an end face of the front cover of the ultrasonic generator. At the same time, by way of additionally adding an inner-cylinder radiating fan, replacing an insulating sheet with the circular aluminum sheet to connect to the ultrasonic generator and increasing a radiating sheet on an ultrasonic driving plate, heat dissipation processing is simultaneously conducted on three parts which are prone to generating heat and generating temperature rise, such that when the wine aging device is working for a long time, each component is kept at a safe operating temperature of each component, at the same time, the ultrasonic generator with large power is used to increase the power of the whole machine, and the time of ageing the wine is shortened once overall.
