Abstract:
An efficiently reducing fattiness, blood fat and blood sugar device, includes an air-supply module for supplying preset concentration oxygen during exercising, an exerciser module for providing exercise intensity, a life sign monitoring module, and a control module. The life sign monitoring module monitors the sign parameters of a person of weight reduction during exercise, and the control module compares the sign parameters with the preset sign parameters, and adjusts exercise intensity of the exerciser module according to the comparison results. An efficiently reducing fattiness, blood fat and blood sugar method includes a person of weight reduction does aerobic exercise with the preset oxygen concentration, and it adjusts the exercise intensity according to the exercise situation of the person of weight reduction.
