Abstract:
The present invention provides a highly effective and safe means capable of preventing or treating egg allergy in infants. According to the present invention, an oral immunotolerant or a food composition for preventing or treating egg allergy contains a degradation product of egg white heat-denatured by aspartic protease (for example, pepsin) or metalloprotease (for example, thermolysin).
