EGG PACKAGE COVER PINNED SYSTEM TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The invention is egg package cover pinned system surrounding eggs and at the same time providing eggs to take the air is to preserve eggs and has replaceablelaying units for each egg according to number of eggs in egg package sector.

PREVIOUS TECHNIC

Current package system is shrinking process that is to lay eggs on a base tray and wrap over them with translucent plastic at high temperature.

The invention in question, is package material and a cover in its form and has laying units covering eggs and has pins over holes on base tray, and is positioned on base tray in which eggs are laid and joint with base tray by pins. .

In aforementioned invention, pins on the cover are designed to penetrate into holes on base tray (egg viol) in which egg are laid. In other package forms with shrinking, wrapped top side of product has to be straight, accordingly that causes problems while piling up because of slipping. The invention also has egg forms to facilitate pilling.

Egg package cover pinned system is consists of units in egg shape (2), and with pins designed in its form (1 ) placed on towers in base tray in which eggs are laid the tower of tray penetrate into holes and stick together with base tray.

A straight space for labelling (3) is left on both side of the invention to label it and place a label on it. .

In order to prevent slipping and damages when piled up two packages, upper side of egg shaped units (2) is designed as straight top and slightly inner-side-curved. Sides of these forms are strengthened.
