Abstract:
This EGR control apparatus is provided with: an EGR valve that is provided to an EGR passage for circulating a part of an exhaust gas of an exhaust pipe as an EGR gas through a suction pipe and that adjusts the EGR gas amount flowing through the EGR passage when an engine is in an EGR region; a differential pressure device that is provided to the suction pipe and that adjusts differential pressure before and after the EGR valve; and a control unit that controls the EGR valve and the differential pressure device, wherein on the basis of exhaust pressure at the entrance of the EGR passage, switching is performed between adjusting the EGR gas amount by using the EGR valve and the differential device and adjusting the EGR gas amount by using only the EGR valve.
