Abstract:
An eigenfrequency compensation method for an ultrahigh-precision fiber-optic gyroscope, and a fault diagnosis and processing method therefor. The eigenfrequency compensation method comprises the following steps: performing open-loop processing on a gyroscope; preheating a warm box; connecting a Y waveguide to a signal generator, so that the signal generator emits a square wave signal of a variable frequency, and enabling a detector to output a peak pulse; adjusting the frequency of the square wave signal, so that the peak pulse outputted by the detector is the narrowest; adjusting the temperature of the warm box, measuring the eigenfrequency of the gyroscope at each predetermined temperature point, and calculating corresponding coefficients; and performing closed-loop processing on the gyroscope, disconnecting the Y waveguide from the signal generator, applying temperature to the warm box, looking up the eigenfrequency or calculating the eigenfrequency by means of a modulation and demodulation circuit, and feeding the eigenfrequency back to the Y waveguide to perform frequency compensation on the output of the gyroscope. The eigenfrequency compensation method for an ultrahigh-precision fiber-optic gyroscope, and the fault diagnosis and processing method therefor can ensure precision requirements of ultrahigh-precision fiber-optic gyroscopes, and can quickly diagnose and process faults.
