Abstract:
An ejection machine for producing degradable items used for food. The ejection machine includes a material pipe (10), a threaded rod (20), an ejection nozzle (30) and a heating unit (40), wherein a pipeline (11) is axially arranged inside the material pipe (10), and an ejection head (13) is assembled at the front end of the material pipe; the threaded rod (20) is arranged in the pipeline inside the material pipe (10) in a penetrating manner, the threaded rod (20) is provided with a discharge section (21), a compression section (22) and a metering section (23), and a thread (24) protrudes from an outer edge of the threaded rod (20) at the discharge section (21), the compression section (22) and the metering section (23); both the discharge section (21) and the metering section (23) are equal in diameter, the outer diameter of the metering section (23) is greater than an outer diameter of the discharge section (21), the outer diameter of the compression section (22) gradually increases from the discharge section (21) to the metering section (23), and a threaded rod head (25) is arranged at the front end of the threaded rod (20); the ejection nozzle (30) is connected to the ejection head (13) in a threaded manner; and the heating unit (40) is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the material pipe (10), on an outer peripheral surface of the ejection head (13), and at an outer periphery of the ejection nozzle (30). By means of the ejection machine, a raw material can be liquefied more uniformly, and the flow of the liquefied raw material is uniform, such that the manufacturing speed can be increased and the manufacturing yield and quality are improved.
