Abstract:
Provided is an ejector module that can be applied to a casting process using a die-casting mold, the ejector module comprising: a plurality of ejector members; a first plate which includes a guide bar and on which the plurality of ejector members are installed; and a second plate which is detachably coupled to the first plate, wherein the ejector member comprises a pin member which releases a product formed in a cavity from a mold and a head member that is detachably/attachably coupled to the pin member. In addition, the first plate has a plurality of first insertion holes for attaching the pin member and a seating groove formed in the same size as the head member so that the head member can be seated thereon. Thus, a device structure can be simplified and can be easily installed in a gap space of a retaining member provided in an existing mold.
