Title:
EJECTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/185070
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A swirling space (30b) that swirls a refrigerant flowing to a nozzle channel formed by a tapered space (30c) and a fan-shaped space (30d) is provided on the inner circumferential side of a cylindrical member (33c), and a gas-liquid separating space (30h) that separates gas-liquid refrigerants that are depressurized by the nozzle channel is provided on the outer circumferential side of the cylindrical member (33c). Thus, heat exchange between refrigerant in the swirling space (30b) and refrigerant in the gas-liquid separating space (30h) is possible, and the refrigerant in the swirling space (30b) is cooled. Thus, regardless of the state of the refrigerant flowing into the swirling space (30b), the state of the refrigerant flowing into the nozzle channel can be in a gas-liquid mixture state in which liquid-phase refrigerant and gas-phase refrigerant are suitably mixed. That is to say, an ejector that reduces the pressure of a refrigerant swirling in a swirling space can sufficiently improve nozzle efficiency regardless of the state of the refrigerant flowing into the swirling space.
