Abstract:
This method for manufacturing an EL device including a base material, a TFT layer, and an EL layer, includes a step for forming at least a part of the base material by a first resin film acquired by curing an applied first solution and a second resin film acquired by curing an applied second solution. In the step, the viscosity of the first solution is set to be higher than the viscosity of the second solution.
