Abstract:
The present invention relates to an elagolix sodium composition. Specifically, disclosed is an elagolix sodium composition, which comprises: elagolix sodium as shown in formula (I), and a pharmaceutically acceptable alkalizing agent, filler and adhesive. The alkalizing agent comprises a substance selected from among the following group: an alkali metal hydroxide, an alkali metal salt, an organic base, an amino acid, an alkaline earth metal salt, and an alkaline earth metal oxide. The described composition avoids the use of a carbonate while having dissolution performance that is similar to or better than an original preparation, thereby reducing the generation of carbon dioxide in the stomach. In addition, the preparation/composition in the present invention has fewer impurities and has higher stability during placement.
