Provided are an elastic cushion and an assembly method therefor, and furniture. The elastic cushion (1) comprises a first elastic module mounting member (2), a plurality of first elastic modules (3) arranged on the first elastic module mounting member (2) in a predetermined distribution manner in a height direction of the elastic cushion (1), and a cushion layer (4) laid on the plurality of first elastic modules (3) in the height direction of the elastic cushion (1), wherein an outer edge of the cushion layer (4) is connected to an outer edge of the first elastic module mounting member (2) by means of a first connecting structure (5) which can be released, so that the elastic cushion (1) has no packaging side wall, and thus the packaging side wall does not need to be arranged in a surrounding area between the cushion layer (4) and the first elastic module mounting member (2), thereby effectively reducing the number of components of the elastic cushion (1), simplifying the structure of the elastic cushion (1), and reducing the cost of the elastic cushion (1). The first connecting structure (5) can be released, and thus the cushion layer (4) can also be detached, thereby facilitating efficient assembly and carrying of the elastic cushion (1), and reducing the amount of space occupied.
