An elastic and length-variable piston connecting rod and a design and fabrication method therefor, wherein the piston connecting rod mainly consists of parts such as a connecting rod small head (1), a connecting rod large head (2), connecting rod bolts (3), a connecting rod cap (4), a guidance restriction rod (5) and elastic rod bodies (6, 8), and the piston connecting rod employs a semi-rigid, semi-elastic and length-variable piston connecting rod which is an elastic energy-storing structure.
