Abstract:
The present invention relates to an elastic packaging material having superior elastic deformation and water permeability. Here, elastic chips adhere to an anchor mat constituted by synthetic resin fibers to improve elastic deformation using elasticity of the anchor mat and elasticity of an elastic layer and the water permeability due to a pore space within the anchor mat and a pore space between the elastic chips adhering to the anchor mat. The elastic packaging material includes an anchor mat (10) in which a plurality of fibers (11) of a synthetic resin material are irregularly tangled to continuously form peaks (13) and valleys (15) having a lattice shape and an elastic chip (20) coupled to one surface of the anchor mat (10) by a binder to form an elastic layer (21) covering the peaks (13) of the anchor mat (10).
