This invention relates to an accessory of the railway track, especially to an elastic pad placed underneath the rail. The pad comprises an elastic mainbody, which includes dampers so as to improve the performance of the elastic pad in damping, vibration isolation and noise reduction, moreover reinforces are also placed into for increase the using life of the elastic pad.
