Abstract:
An elastic ribbon machine can set the length of conveyed elastic ribbons by controlling the rotation angle of a first motor (31); elastic ribbons conveyed through a first feeding driving wheel (3) are stored between the first feeding driving wheel (3) and a second feeding driving wheel (4), in order that the second feeding driving wheel (4) is matched with a roll material coiling device to continuously output the elastic ribbons. In a feeding process, the elastic ribbon machine can conduct joint examination and ironing on the elastic ribbons, and can cut off the elastic ribbons at the discharging port of the second feeding driving wheel (4) automatically through a cutting device. The roll material coiling device clamps materials through a third fixture (57) and rotates to enable the two ends of each elastic ribbon to be respectively sent to a first fixture (62) and a second fixture (63); the first fixture (62) and the second fixture (63) clamp the two ends of each elastic ribbon and enable each elastic ribbon to form an elastic ring through rotation motion, and fix the two spliced ends of each elastic ring on a material supporting frame (61) to facilitate following sewing fixation. The roll material coiling device has the advantages of simple structure and automatic control, thereby greatly improving the coiling speed of the elastic ribbons.
