Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an elastic eyeglass-frame temple that is capable of obtaining an exceptional fit while suppressing the protrusion of a leaf spring, is structurally robust and capable of enduring loads in bending and twisting directions, and is not difficult to produce. [Solution] An elastic eyeglass-frame temple (1) having an ear hook part (M) on a movable end side and a proximal end side that is coupled to a front frame (F), wherein at least the portion from the proximal end side to the center is configured from a band-like metal frame (11) having a plurality of window parts (11b, 11b) aligned on the side of the frame in the longitudinal direction and is configured by the fixing of both ends of a leaf spring material (12) having a plurality of bend parts (12a, 12a) capable of being inserted into the window parts (11b, 11b) to the metal frame in a state in which a depressed part (B) between the bend parts (12a, 12a) is disposed inside the metal frame (11) and the top parts (T) of the bend parts (12a, 12a) are disposed outside the metal frame (11).
