Abstract:
An elastic wave device (10A) is provided with: a substrate (11); a functional element (12) disposed on the substrate (11); a cover layer (14) disposed on the substrate (11) so as to cover the functional element (12); and a protection layer (15) covering the cover layer (14). The cover layer (14) has a curved section (142) that is curved in a convex shape. A hollow space (17) is formed between the curved section (142) and the substrate (11), and the functional element (12) is disposed in the hollow space (17). The elastic wave device (10A) is also provided with, between the curved section (142) and the protection layer (15), a conductive section (16) that is disposed along the surface of the curved section (142).
