Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elastic wave device that can effectively suppress unnecessary wave response. Provided is an elastic wave device 1 wherein a plurality of IDT electrodes 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61 are disposed, on a LiNbO3 substrate 2, in order to form a plurality of elastic wave resonators. In a case where, in each IDT electrode, the electrode finger inter-center distance between electrode fingers in the elastic wave propagation-direction center and electrode fingers which are adjacent in the elastic wave propagation direction and which are connected with different potentials is set to an electrode finger pitch, and when, from among the electrode finger pitches of the plurality of IDT electrodes, the electrode pitch of one IDT electrode 11 is pitch A and the duty thereof is duty A, and the electrode finger pitch of another one IDT electrode 41 is pitch B and the duty thereof is duty B, duty < duty B is satisfied if pitch A < pitch B.
