Abstract:
This elastic wave device is provided with: a substrate (1) including a piezoelectric film (11); a first IDT electrode (21); a first external electrode (31); and a first penetrating via electrode (41). The first IDT electrode (21) is formed on a first main surface (1a) of the substrate (1), and includes a first bus bar (211) and a plurality of first electrode fingers (212) extending from the first bus bar (211). The first external electrode (31) is formed on a second main surface (1b) of the substrate (1). The first penetrating via electrode (41) penetrates the substrate (1) from the first main surface (1a) to the second main surface (1b), and electrically connects the first IDT electrode (21) to the first external electrode (31). In a plan view from the first main surface (1a) side, at least one part of the first penetrating via electrode (41) overlaps the first bus bar (211), and the at least one part is disposed directly under the first bus bar (211).
