Abstract:
Provided is an elastic wave device in which a performance deterioration and failure occurrence due to heat generation are suppressed and a performance deterioration due to noise is suppressed. The present invention is provided with a substrate 1, an elastic wave element 5, and an exterior resin layer 13. Outer electrodes 2 are formed on one principal surface of the substrate 1, and first mounting electrodes 3 are formed on the other principal surface. The elastic wave element 5 is provided with a piezoelectric substrate 6. A transmission functional electrode 7, a reception functional electrode 8, and ground terminals 9a, 9b are formed on one principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate 6. The ground terminals 9a, 9b are connected to the first mounting electrodes 3. High-heat-conductivity conductor layers 11a, 11b are formed on the other principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate 6. Electroconductive vias 10a, 10b are formed so as to pass through between both principal surfaces of the piezoelectric substrate 6. The high-heat-conductivity conductor layers 11a, 11b and the ground terminals 9a, 9b are connected through the electroconductive vias 10a, 10b.
