Abstract:
In the present invention, an IDT electrode provided on a piezoelectric film comprises: a first busbar (31) and a second busbar (32); and a plurality of first electrode fingers (33) and second electrode fingers (34). In a region where the first electrode fingers (33) and the second electrode fingers (34) overlap in a direction of elastic wave propagation, the following exist: a central region (C1); a first edge region (C2) provided between the central region (C1) and the first busbar (31); and a second edge region (C3) provided between the central region (C1) and the second busbar (32). The first edge region (C2) and the second edge region (C3) have a lower speed of sound than that of the central region (C1), and a busbar region (F) has a higher speed of sound than that of the central region (C1). Parts of a first region (D) sandwiched between the first edge region (C2) and the first busbar (31) and a second region (E) sandwiched between the second edge region (C3) and the second busbar (32) have a lower speed of sound than that of the busbar region (F).
