Abstract:
This elastic wave device (100) comprises a support substrate (110), a piezoelectric layer (121) positioned on the support substrate (110), and a functional element (130) positioned on the piezoelectric layer (121). The support substrate (110) and the piezoelectric layer (121) have a substantially square shape when viewed from a direction normal to the support substrate (110). At least one of the corners of the piezoelectric layer (121) is formed in a curved or polygonal shape.
