Abstract:
This elastic wave device comprises an element base board, a piezoelectric layer, a funtional electrode provided for the piezoelectric layer, and a mounting base board. The element base board has a hollow portion positioned so as to at least partially overlap the functional electrode when seen in the element base board-piezoelectric layer stacking direction, and the mounting base board has a ground electrode positioned so as to overlap the functional electrode in the stacking direction.
