Abstract:
An elastic wheel having a rim capable of supporting a tire and extending in the
circumferential direction of the tire; a disc fixed to an axle; a damper member
constructed from an elastic body, provided between the rim and the disc and absorbing
vibration; and a protective section formed of an elastic material and covering
the damper member.
