Abstract:
An elastomer fine crushing combination equipment includes the fine crusher
groups and the charging device.The charging device is arranged in the front and/or
behind of the fine crusher groups.It can charge the auxiliary material before
and/or after fine crushing and feed the material stably.The fine crusher groups
are comprised of two groups A,B or three groups A,B,C.The elastomer fine crushing
combination equipment includes the following one item or the combination of
the following more than one items:a)Arranging the machine of adding accessories;b)Arranging
the fine crushers to be different groups;c)Arranging the adjusting device of
the feeding flow ratio;d)Arranging the machine of feeding back,the machine
of feeding back can combine the rough powders which are screened from the classifying
screening machine with the very fine powders, and then supply the powders to the
fine crusher of group A or B or C;e)Arranging the other disposing machine behind
the combination equipment;f)Arranging the automated electric controller
into the combination equipment.All of the adopted additional installation
for integrated combination are current general and non-standard machine and
electricity from the market.
