Abstract:

Disclosed are an eldecalcitol crystal form, a pharmaceutical composition and a preparation method and the use. The eldecalcitol crystal form has characteristic peaks at the diffraction angle 2θ = 5.2° ± 0.2°, 10.4° ± 0.2°, 15.6° ± 0.2°, 20.9° ± 0.2° and 31.5° ± 0.2° in the X-ray powder diffraction pattern using the radiation source of Cu-Kα. The eldecalcitol crystal form of the invention has excellent stability, high bioavailability, and a preparation method simple to operate, low cost and with simple post-treatment.
