Abstract:
An elder vinegar preparing method, comprising: (1) performing water extraction on elderflowers, filtering, and concentrating to acquire a concentrated solution; (2) pressing elderberries to acquire a berry juice; (3) mixing the concentrated solution with the berry juice, a glucose-fructose syrup, honey, citric acid, a fermented vinegar, and water; (4) refrigerating and filtering the mixture; and (5) charging the filtrate in containers and sterilizing, so as to obtain a product.
