Abstract:
A two-stage axial-flow fan for use in an electronic chip radiator comprises a casing (11), two-stage fan blades (5), an airflow director (6), an electrical motor and a motor plate (10). Said electrical motor is a brushless DC motor and has a rotor (4), a stator (2), a bearing sleeve (3), a bearing (9), a shaft (8) and a circuit board (12). Said two-stage fan blades (5) are respectively disposed on a driving hub (1) and a driven hub (7), with the airflow director (6) between said two-stage fan blades (5). The driving hub (1) is fixed onto the rotor (4), one end of the shaft (8) is mounted at the center of the driving hub (1), and the other end of the shaft (8) is provided with said driven hub (7). The stator (2) and the bearing (9) are securely connected with the casing (11) via the bearing sleeve (3), the motor plate (10), and the airflow director (6).
