Abstract:
Disclosed is an electret material having excellent charge retention properties under heated conditions. Specifically disclosed is an electret material (10) comprising an electrode plate (1), a semiconductive layer (2) formed on the electrode plate (1), and an electret layer (3) formed on the semiconductive layer (3). The semiconductive layer (2) comprises carbon and a fluororesin. In the electret material (10), the decrease in the surface voltage of the electret layer (3) can be prevented when the electret material (10) is heated to a high temperature.
