Title:
ELECTRET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND ELECTROSTATIC INDUCTION TYPE CONVERSION ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/015385
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
There are obtained an electret that produces a high charge density and that has good charge density stability under a high temperature and humidity, and an electrostatic induction type conversion element provided with the electret. An electret in which a charge is introduced in a layered body having a resin layer (A) and a resin layer (B) layered directly with the resin layer (A), the electret characterized in that: the resin layer (A) contains a product of a reaction between a fluorine-containing polymer and a silane coupling agent; the resin layer (B) does not include the product of a reaction between a fluorine-containing polymer and a silane coupling agent, and contains a fluorine-containing polymer; the resin layer (B) is arranged as the outermost layer so as to be in contact with air; and the total thickness of the resin layer (B) is 5-55% of the total thickness of the resin layer (A). An electrostatic induction type conversion element provided with the electret.
