Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain an electret in which initial electrostatic charge is increased and attenuation of the electrostatic charge to liquid particles is suppressed. [Solution] An electret formed by depositing polytetrafluoroethylene having a melting point of 35-320 °C, inclusive, and imparting a carrier and/or the polytetrafluoroethylene with an electrostatic charge.
