Abstract:
Provided are an electric actuator and an electric motor device with which the stability of a control system can be improved. A control device (2) of this electric actuator (DA) is provided with an actuator control function unit (24), a current control function unit (27), a torque-limiting unit (25) that limits the manipulated variable of the actuator control function unit (24), and a voltage-limiting function unit (28) that limits the manipulated variable of the current control function unit (27). The control device (2) has an actuator control saturation compensation function unit (26) that, on the basis of the manipulated variable limited by the torque-limiting unit (25) and the manipulated variable limited by the voltage-limiting function unit (28), compensates a calculated value of the actuator control function unit (24) so that a manipulated variable that is the result of a calculation in the actuator control function unit (24) approaches the manipulated variable limited by the torque-limiting unit (25).
