Abstract:
An electric actuator 1 is provided with a motor section A and a motion-converting mechanism section B. The motion-converting mechanism section B has a ball screw shaft 33, and a ball screw nut 32 fitted on the outer circumference of the ball screw shaft 33 so as to rotate freely and provided so as to be capable of torque transmission with a rotor 24 of the motor section A that is supported via rolling bearings 27, 30 so as to rotate freely. The ball screw shaft 33 moves forward in one axial direction or moves backward in the other axial direction according to the direction of rotation of the ball screw nut 32. In the electric actuator, a needle-shaped roller bearing 47 as a thrust bearing is disposed adjacent to the other end of the ball screw nut 32 in the axial direction.
