Abstract:
An electric actuator 1 comprises a motor unit A, a motion converting mechanism unit B, an operating unit C, and a terminal unit D. A hollow rotary shaft 26 which supports a rotor core 24a of the motor unit A is rotatably supported by roller bearings 27, 30. The motion converting mechanism unit B is coupled to the hollow rotary shaft 26, and is equipped with a ball screw 31. A ball screw nut 32 of the ball screw 31 is disposed within the hollow rotary shaft 26. The operating unit C is coupled to the motion converting mechanism unit B. The electric actuator 1 is characterized in that a ball screw shaft 33 and a detent guide unit N are mated, and the ball screw shaft 33 is guided by a stroke volume based on the axial width of the detent guide unit N. The detent guide unit N is formed from a detent guide member 10 that is separate from a casing 20 of the electric actuator 1. The operating-unit-C-side end of the casing 20 and the detent guide member 10 have a coupling structure Q that allows replacement of the detent guide member 10.
