Abstract:
An electric actuator 1 is provided with a drive part A, a motion conversion mechanism part B, and a bottomed cylindrical casing 2 that houses the drive part A and the motion conversion mechanism part B, the motion conversion mechanism part B being formed of a ball screw 40 including a screw shaft 41, a nut 42, and a plurality of balls 45. The screw shaft 41 is formed into a hollow shape having one end open and the other end closed. An inner member having an elastic part (elastic member 50) that is flexible in the shaft direction is disposed in the hollow portion of the screw shaft 41 in a state where one end of the inner member is positioned outside the opening of the screw shaft 41 and the other end of the inner member abuts against a closed part 41b of the screw shaft 41.
