Abstract:
An electric actuator (10) comprises a motor (40), a deceleration mechanism (42), a substrate (60), a housing (50), and a substrate cover (70, 170). The deceleration mechanism (42) decelerates the rotation of the motor (40) and transmits the rotation to an output shaft (15). The substrate (60) is mounted with electronic components involved in the drive control of the motor (40). The housing (50) has a case (51) and a cover (58) and houses the motor (40), the deceleration mechanism (42), and the substrate (60) thereinside. The substrate cover (70, 170) is engaged with the case (51) inside the housing (50) and isolates the motor (40), the deceleration mechanism (42), and the substrate (60) from each other.
