Abstract:
An electric adjuster which can arbitrarily or continuously adjust the turns ratio of a transformer so as to adjust or convert inputted AC power or AC signals arbitrarily and efficiently and output the adjusted or converted the AC power or AC signals. An example of this adjuster is composed of a transformer (3) provided with six primary windings (31 to 36), a secondary winding (37), the primary windings (31 to 36) respectively having turns ratios of (1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32) to the secondary winding (37), and a winding switching section (2) which digitally and continuously adjusts the turns ratio of the primary windings to the secondary winding by switching the combination of the primary windings by means of switches (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 210, 211 and 212) and changing the number of turns on the primary side.
