An electric balancing vehicle, comprising a body (100), wheels (200), a driving motor used for driving the wheels (200), a power source (300) used for providing power, a circuit board (400) provided with a sensor, and a controller (500). The controller (500) is respectively electrically connected to the circuit board (400), the power source (300) and the driving motor. The body comprises an upper casing (110), footboards (140), a central casing (120) and a lower casing (130). Two footboards (140) are provided, having the same structure and size, and being respectively arranged within footboard holes (113) of a first upper casing (111) and a second upper casing (112). The footboards (140) comprise a first placement portion (141) used for placing a toe portion, a second placement portion (142) used for placing a heel portion, and a connecting portion (143) located between the first placement portion (141) and the second placement portion (142), the length of the connecting portion (143) being less than that of the first placement portion (141) and that of the second placement portion (142), the first placement portion (141) and the second placement portion (142) respectively forming two notches (144) at the two ends of the connecting portion (143). The upper casing (110) is provided with extending portions (117) used for being placed at the positions of the notches (144).
