Abstract:
An electric barbecue grill, comprising a body (1). The body (1) is provided with a hollow space that penetrates the top surface and bottom surface of the body (1). The top opening of the hollow space is a barbecue region (2). One side of the barbecue region (2) is provided with a first rotating device (3) for driving barbecue sticks to rotate in the barbecue region (2), and the top and/or side of the barbecue region (2) is further provided with at least one far-infrared heating device. The far-infrared heating device can emit infrared rays toward the barbecue region (2), and the far-infrared rays emitted by the far-infrared heating device can cover the barbecue region (2). When the number of far-infrared heating devices is greater than one, the far-infrared rays emitted by the far-infrared heating devices converge at the barbecue region (2). The outer wall of the body (1) is provided with a control device (7). The first rotating device (3) and the far-infrared heating device are both connected to the control device (7). By providing a rotating device, there is no need to manually turn food being barbecued, there is no heat source under the barbecue region (2), no oil smoke is generated during use, and the electric barbecue grill is suitable for indoor barbecue.
