Abstract:
An electric bed that has no bed board and that is covered in a material (6), comprising: a foldable bed frame (1) connected by means of a connecting piece (4), wherein bed legs are connected on the bed frame (1); overturningly foldable frames (2) disposed on the bed frame (1), a drive apparatus (3) disposed on the bed frame (1), a material (6) that is directly coated on several frames (2), and a tensioning mechanism which tensions the material (6) at a surface of the frames (2); the tensioning mechanism comprises embedded strips (7) and tube pieces (21), and may further comprise a snap fastener; when the material (6) is in a tensioned state, an embedded strip (7) connected at one end of the material (6) is limited within a limiting slot (210) of a tube piece (21) at one side, and another embedded strip (7) connected at another end of the material (6) is limited within a limiting slot (210) of another tube piece (21) at the opposite side.
